For the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April (General Data Protection Regulation), the company Nbrand, Lda., with company registration number 506904202 and registered office at Rua Cidade de Bristol, 177, parish of Ramalde, municipality of Porto, telephone number 220 111 247, email address geral@nbrand.pt and website www.nbrand.pt, hereby informs the data subject (Customer) that:

1) The entity responsible for the processing of personal data is the commercial company Nbrand, Lda and its franchisees.

The personal data to be processed are as follows: name, address, email address.

2) The Customer’s personal data are processed because they are necessary for commercial quotation, the conclusion and performance of the contract, or because consent has been given.

The omission or inaccuracy of such data or other information provided by the Customer is entirely their responsibility.

3) The personal data provided by the Customer will be processed and stored electronically, intended for use by Nbrand, Lda and its franchisees for: marketing and sales, customer management and service provision, accounting, tax and administrative management, litigation management, network and systems management, information security and tax compliance, and the fulfilment of legal obligations.

4) You may object to the processing of your data at any time and by any means, without prejudice to compliance with legal obligations.

5) Personal data is retained for varying periods of time, depending on the purpose for which it is intended and taking into account legal criteria, necessity and the minimisation of retention periods, without prejudice to the periods legally defined for the various purposes.

6) You have the right to request information from Nbrand, Lda and its franchisees regarding the type of processing to which your data is being subjected. The information will be provided in writing and the request must be made via the following email address: geral@urbanobras.pt. If the Customer so requests, the information may be provided orally, provided that the data subject’s identity is verified by other means.

7) Your personal data has been disclosed to Nbrand, Lda and its franchisees for the purposes of accounting, tax, marketing and sales processing. Nbrand, Lda and its franchisees may use subcontractors for the processing of personal data, in particular for customer management, service provision, invoicing and dispute management; these entities are obliged to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data and ensure the protection of the data subject’s rights. In certain circumstances, certain personal data may need to be disclosed to public authorities, such as tax authorities, social security bodies, courts, supervisory and inspection bodies, as well as law enforcement agencies.

8) You have the right to access a copy of the personal data being processed. If the request is made electronically, the information must be provided in a commonly used electronic format.

9) You have the right to request the rectification of your personal data at any time.

10) You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data, without prejudice to compliance with legal obligations.

11) You have the right to object to the erasure of your personal data and to request the restriction of its processing, without prejudice to compliance with legal obligations.

12) You have the right to object to the use of your data for direct marketing purposes.

13) Your personal data is processed by automated or non-automated means

14) You have the right to request that your personal data be transferred to another entity.

15) Your personal data is protected, ensuring its pseudonymisation and the maintenance of the ability to ensure the permanent confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the processing systems and services, the ability to restore the availability of and access to personal data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident, and a process to regularly test, assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the processing.<
